WHY IGNITE?

At IGNITE you will join a small, passionate, yet different team. We care about team processes just as much as about performance. We believe that they go hand in hand. And so does our topic: Purpose-driven business. It has a tremendous potential to positively touch people’s lives - both within and outside of an organization.

WHAT IS IGNITE?

As a tool towards our vision of a more purpose-driven world, we are creating a conference with best-practice examples from business leaders as well as thought leaders throughout various industries. As a highlight of our activities, we create the IGNITE Conference for the fifth time on the 23rd-24th October.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

We strive to do what we preach, thus try to implement insights from the inspirational leaders that have influenced us. This includes:

  • a special focus on vision and values

  • lean structure and democratic decision-making

  • open feedback and continuous improvement culture

  • motivated students willing to discuss and further their understanding of leadership, new organizational structures and how to combine profit and impact
