WHY IGNITE?
At IGNITE you will join a small, passionate, yet different team. We care about team processes just as much as about performance. We believe that they go hand in hand. And so does our topic: Purpose-driven business. It has a tremendous potential to positively touch people’s lives - both within and outside of an organization.
WHAT IS IGNITE?
As a tool towards our vision of a more meaningful business world, we create a conference with best-practice examples from business leaders as well as thought leaders throughout various industries. As a highlight of our activities, we create our yearly IGNITE Conference. On top of the yearly conference, we periodically host events and workshops around our core values and topics: purpose-driven business, leadership, self-improvement and more.

We strive to do what we preach, thus try to implement insights from the inspirational leaders that have influenced us. This includes:
